The cap was donated by Sheppard to Worcestershire CCC to raise much needed funds for them in the early 1960s and was subsequently sold at Vennett Smiths is 2002 where it sold for £240.
Please note that this price includes the cost of postage within the UK but that overseas buyers will be asked to pay the full cost of postage in addition to the price of the bat.
